Top Flight Academy Makeup Policy
Wessen offers opportunities for Top Flight Academy students to makeup a missed class, however, we do not guarantee you will find one that works for you. Makeup classes are intended for students who miss a class due to sickness or an unforeseen obligation. We are careful with the number of players on a each court, and we have limited classes with limited capacity.
Wessen allows one makeup class per student, per session. We realize that the time/date of the makeup class may not be convenient for everyone. Makeup classes are a courtesy that we offer to our patrons and are based on availability. They are not guaranteed. Students or parents must self-schedule the makeup class using our online scheduling system. Our desk staff cannot schedule for you.
- Makeup classes are not guaranteed. When you sign up for a session, you receive a discounted “session rate” for committing to specific dates. The more days-per-week that you play, the greater the discount on your session package.
- Students are limited to one makeup class per student, per session. Again, keep in mind that there is a reduced cost per-visit when you sign-up for a session. This is supposed to factor in the possibility of missing from time-to-time due to sickness or unforeseen obligations.
- You must be currently enrolled in a class to participate in a makeup class. As long as you remain enrolled in classes, you can schedule your makeup class at anytime during the indoor season (9/9/24 – 6/2/25).
- Makeup classes are first-come, first-served. We limit the number of students on a court, and we sometime run out of room in our makeup classes. If the class is full, we cannot change that fact. We realize that the time/date of the makeup classes will not be convenient for everyone. We do not schedule makeup classes around individual schedules.
- Makeups must be scheduled/canceled/rescheduled by the student/parent through our website scheduling program at least 48 hours before the class time.
- There are no makeups for missed makeup classes! You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your chosen date. Our system sends reminder emails, and you are able to cancel or reschedule directly from the reminders. We hold that spot for you. If you miss it, you miss it.
- Please be kind to our desk staff. Remember that our desk staff cannot change our policies.
