Tom is an enthusiastic pickleball player at venues throughout Southeastern Michigan and a multiple medalist in the Michigan Senior Olympics.  He began coaching the game as a volunteer at community centers in Oakland County.  Tom has been teaching pickleball professionally for five years, and he is currently certified by both the International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association and the Professional Pickleball Registry.  As a lifelong tennis player, Tom is sensitive to the challenges presented to students transitioning from that game to pickleball.
