Mental Toughness for Competitive Players

Competitive Adult and Junior players – Enhance your overall tennis ability and elevate your game. Students will learn the characteristics of quality mental toughness and how to maximize their on-court performance. Students will have the opportunity in an open forum to share their match play experiences. both positive and negative. Topics will include:
> How to focus and concentrate to your maximum ability.
> What is intensity?
> Dealing with the fears of winning an losing.
> How to be relentless in your pursuit of success.
> Long term objectives and perspectives
- Mondays (Competitive Juniors) 6:30-7:30 PM
- Tuesdays (Competitive Adults) 7:30-8:30 PM
- $20 members; $20 non-members
- Classes are held weekly – pay per time

As a junior player, Jack Murray was ranked in the Top Ten in the nation throughout his 12-18’s. He was an athletic scholarship athlete at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where he helped lead the Tar Heels to a NCAA National Indoor Championship, clinching in the title match. His team also reached the NCAA Nation Outdoor Title finals in his senior year. Jack was awarded All-American status his senior year for his performance in doubles at the NCAA Individual Tournament.
